Delicious as always

[edit: last time i went there was a full disappointment. the food wasn’t good, the staff didn’t check on us a lot and i wouldn’t go there another time :-)] I don’t go there often, but never regret it. It’s nothing special imo, just typical german food. The prices are fine, as far as I remember. If you’re looking for a place to have dinner, you should consider it, but if you find a better place, it might be better to make this place your second choice. It can be packed especially during summer time, but one should always be able to find a seat.

Super nice beer garden, in a great atmosphere, nice and fast staff.

You sit very nicely there by the water. The dishes are also all very tasty. But somehow the service staff can't do it _ and that has been for as long as I've been going there (since 2000) - to be on ZACK (it takes forever to order drinks and the all-round view is also missing for further orders). At least double sales could be made here! Think about it ...

Very delicious food at fair prices. I would love it for a salad if there was a little baguette or something similar. The beer garden is super idyllic on the city lake. It's just a shame that the staff, especially one person, noticed how stressful the current situation with Corona is for them. Since we have been happy to be there for years, we noticed that directly today. But it is definitely worth a visit.

Drinking a beer and eating well on the terrace in a super cozy way is no problem here!

Great service, good food, great for bike trips and nice ambience. I can definitely recommend it. Despite the Corona period, the restaurant was well attended, of course, observing the minimum distance and the obligation to wear a mask and contact details. Disinfectant dispensers were everywhere. Well upgraded!

Super friendly service, the dishes are rustic which goes well with the beer and both were delicious.

Not recommendable. Despite a medical certificate, no access to the beer garden without a mask. You can read on the government side that people with a medical certificate are exempt from the mask requirement. Last year I was a regular there. From 2020 I will no longer enter this restaurant. This is called discrimination! No matter, I will recommend the location accordingly.

The food was good. The guests at the counter were definitely too loud and the staff supported it. Not a good atmosphere

Cozy brewery bar. Location is super surrounded by water, in the immediate vicinity of the town hall arcades. Food is delicious, but a bit high priced.

Traditional German fare. Had a nice seasonal chantarelle salad. Friendly and efficient aervice at a nice location

We had to wait 1.5h until we got our food. Only after an hour the waiter told us that it will take atleast 30minutes more. The schnitzel was very good, however the burger bread was too dry and quite expensive for what you get. The location is awesome.

Tonight we were eating in the Frankenheim. The food was delicious, was prepared quickly and price was reasonable too. The waitress was friendly and although she had to serve the restaurant alone and it was quite busy, she was always on hand when we wanted to order something. We can only recommend it and will definitely come back.

We arrived here with 1 infant and a child of 4 years. We got a menu card after 25 minutes, when we asked for it! Unfortunatly no menu for the kids. We got our food after 70 minutes. Bad service, but great food.

When the weather is nice, you can sit on the terrace by the small lake. The innkeepers are very nice, the food good middle-class. What more do you want?
